Premier Green CHRA023 is a licensed non-profit Cannabis Harm Reduction Association under the Authority for the Responsible Use of Cannabis (ARUC).
This page is for Maltese adult residents (21+) interested in learning more about membership. We do not promote or encourage cannabis use — membership is only for those already knowledgeable about responsible use and willing to commit to harm reduction principles as per Directive 2. Actual enrollment requires in-person verification at our approved premises (proof of Maltese ID/residence required; tourists excluded). It involves signing the official Declaration of Association, understanding risks (health, legal, THC limits), and agreeing to our Code of Conduct.
