Premier Green (CHRA023) (“we”, “us”, “our”) is a licensed Cannabis Harm Reduction Association regulated by the Authority for the Responsible Use of Cannabis (ARUC) in Malta. We operate the website www.premiergreen.mt for informational purposes, to share harm reduction resources, and to facilitate inquiries about membership. Registration and membership processes are handled in-person in accordance with ARUC regulations.

We are committed to protecting your privacy and processing personal data in compliance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR – Regulation (EU) 2016/679) and the Maltese Data Protection Act (Chapter 586).
